S/Ensō
Circle. Enlightenment. Strength. The Absolute Universe and the Absolute Void. Instinct and Reason. Everything and Nothing. The Inner World and the Outer World. Perpetual cyclical change. Union of opposites. The fullness of the circle and the emptiness within. The union and the beginning of the end. Perfect Imperfection. Acceptance, growth, self-improvement… or jealous protection of one’s vital space? The ensō is never closure. The senses are the tools through which we know, understand, and define our Self.

The senses

1st Sense: Sight
The most dominant. The absolute truth. The one we rarely question. Only what we can see exists, right? And if we can’t see it… does it even exist? Yet sight can also be the most deceitful. It can drag us into the vortex of appearance, all the way to the illusion of the virtual. It’s not about what we are. It’s not about how we appear. It’s about the virtual representation of our appearance.

2nd Sense: Touch
The sense of senses. The most private and sensual. Rational and carnal at the same time. It’s the fine line between wanting and enduring. Touch pushes us beyond our identity. Matter, skin, tongue. Intimate and wild, personal and universal. It is both boundary and bridge to the other. Touch is what triumphs in life. Is it what triumphs in sex? Or is it sex that triumphs in touch?

3rd Sense: Hearing
A vibration turned into stimulus. The most fascinating paradox: ethereal, yet physically processed. In Italian, “sentire” means both hearing and feeling. Close your eyes. Listen to yourself. Without judgment. Look at yourself from outside, observe your body and listen to your essence. You can’t change it, but you can perceive it. You can’t change the past or control the future. You can only be: here and now.

4th Sense: Taste
Deeply connected to emotions and appetites. A chemical gateway to pleasure, memory, transcendence. Often feared for its ability to overwhelm reason. Taste is subjective, powerful, revealing. It goes beyond the present: it takes us elsewhere. Beyond what we see. Beyond what we can touch.

5th Sense: Smell
The most ancient. The most instinctive. We hide it, ignore it, underestimate it… yet it silently guides our most unconscious choices. We think it’s the heart or the mind that decides. But what if it’s… the smell? Smell is pure chemistry. But it’s also breath. And through breath, we let the world enter us. Literally. Another sensory paradox.

6th Sense: Sex – Sexnsō
Forget touch. Reason tells us that touch triumphs in sex. But the real dominators are taste and smell: the least rational, the most animalistic senses. Sex is chemistry. Sex is physics. Pure instinct, primal, dangerous. Taste is explosion. Sex is transcendence. It surpasses body and mind. Sight is rationality and illusion. Sex is the triumph of all senses. And all senses are sublimated… in sex.
